Can I design my own case?

At the minute, we are concentrating on producing designs from contributing designers only.



How do I maintain my case?

We recommend that you remove your device from the case and then wash the case using a mild detergent. Use a soft cloth to dry it and please ensure that the case is COMPLETELY dry before putting your device back in. While your case is designed to be durable, some wear and tear is expected. To ensure that your KOVET case stays looking good, avoid carrying together with sharp or hard objects like keys.

What material is my case made from?

KOVET uses thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). It is a durable and flexible material that is resistant to grease and abrasions.

Does this case offer complete shock protection?

KOVET cases are designed to be durable and can withstand most bumps and accidents. However, its durability has limits so you shouldn’t test them by throwing it at a wall.

How do I pay for my case?

KOVET accepts most major credit/debit cards and PayPal. If you pay by credit card, you do not need a PayPal account. The options for payment are listed in the checkout page.

Yes, we ship KOVET accessories worldwide, see the list below:

We ship as soon as we can, usually within 5 working days (please allow at least 10 working days for delivery).

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping costs vary depending on where you are, we use the national postal service of Ireland for all our postings and the price is usually around €5 per case.

Will I have to pay taxes or VAT?

VAT is included in the price of our products. When you’re in the checkout area, the amount of VAT payable is shown underneath the price. 

As our goods are small they usually do not go through customs, however if this happens you may have to pay import fees and taxes on receipt. The rules and regulations for customs vary from country to country. If you like, you can contact your customs office for further details.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time varies depending on where you are. We ship from Ireland, so if you live in the US it may take 10 working days. If you live in England, it could be there the next day after posting. Situations like postal strikes or transformational errors may add to the delivery time but rest assured your product is on its way.

Can I get express delivery?

We currently do not have an express option as we are in a remote part of Ireland and couriers rarely come our way, so we could not guarantee that your purchase would get to you any quicker than using standard post.

Do I need to sign for delivery?

All orders must be signed for by the recipient. In the event that you are not present to accept delivery an attempted delivery docket will be left (In the Republic of Ireland, we use An Post). Your order will be brought to your local sorting office and held for collection for 5 days. If it is not collected within this time period it will be returned to us (please note that this may take a number of weeks to come back) and you will be notified by email. Please note you will be liable for return shipping costs where we have to resend or redirect a parcel to you.
